Penhill Watermelon is an exquisite dinnerplate dahlia. Her blooms are 8-12 inches and her color is simply like no other- pinky-peachy-salmony with a kiss of warm golden yellow towards the center as well as lavender undertones. Her petals are totally ruffly- like a dahlia that just had hot rollers taken off her petals. I gush over this dahlia everytime I pick a bloom. I never can get enough. She is truly special.
